Moneychanger v0.05: MARKET screen now functional! (screenshot)

Hi Gents,

The MARKET screen is now functional in Moneychanger!
(Moneychanger is the Test-GUI for Open-Transactions...)

Binaries have been posted, along with code, for the new versions.
(v0.69c of Open-Transactions and v0.05 of Moneychanger.)
