We’re a small user-experience consulting firm in East Austin looking for an interaction designer who can help us further develop our design philosophy and nurture emerging UX designers at our firm.

What We Want from You:

• A focus on user-centered design and an appreciation for user testing
• 2-4 years’ experience working on a team of interaction designers
• A portfolio full of site maps, wireframes and prototypes
• A firm understanding of the difference between interaction design and visual design
• Experience presenting ideas to clients and incorporating feedback
• Some serious intimacy with design tools like Axure, PopApp, and InVision
