Q about Friday's AgileAustin Leaders SIG - Presentation or Facilitated Discussion? Choose your own adventure!

I'm really excited to present at this Friday's Leaders SIG on agile team compensation. I did give a form of this presentation to the Agile Project Leadership ACC course students last semester, and it went well beyond the scheduled time of 30-45 minutes. Therefore, I wanted to ask the folks that are planning on going if they would rather have a facilitated discussion, or if they would like me to do more of a formal presentation. I am definitely capable of doing both, as I have enough material to easily last 45 minutes + Q&A.
I will likely defer to a brief presentation of ideas and a small case study with the remaining time for a facilitated discussion if I don't hear anything back, but I have a ton of content if people just want to absorb my view of the whole thing. Wait, what's that...I've got a lot to say? Couldn't be... /sarcasm
So, just let me know, either directly or to the group.
