For reimbursement, you should have a PayPal account to receive the payment. Select me as the approving board member. Note the date should be the purchase date for the book, not the date of the meetup. In addition to filing the form, EMAIL a copy of the receipt to trea...@agileaustin.org, put something like 'book club reimbursement receipt' in the subject line.
The people in attendance (and thus eligible for reimbursement) were Dave Moreira, Tom Murphree, Marina Zabelshansky, Shakeel AKhtar, Renée Laswell, and Andrew Badgley. (Susan(?) joined us by phone; she'll need to comment in here and I'll add her to the list, I don't see her on the meetup.)
