Available in various electronic formats (see
this page for different format), including a free .pdf version (in exchange for your registration info). There's also a paper copy for $30, but it's pretty clear from the author's remarks that the paper book contains lots of pictures and such to share around, rather than being a book you should
read. Not to say you can't read it, but I'm not sure I want to recommend that Agile Austin pay for something you can get for free.
Oh, and once you register, apparently you get the "design" version of the book for free too, one chapter at a time, in pdf links emailed to you; I got the first chapter a few minutes after I registered. So even the pretty version is free. But electronic.
First reading assignment (for 2/19) is to read through the chapter labeled Work Expo (ends with an ad for the paper version on p100 of the pdf version), about 25% of the way through. We'll take this one in four bites, I think, but we can pick up the pace if we don't want to go that slow — for the first session we also want to allow time for our telecon with Jeff Patton (User Story Mapping) that evening.
So start downloading and reading, this looks like fun, and we'll see you 2/19 if not before.
