Agile Challenges Shortcuts

Hi Guys

I am busy creating a free online tool for My Master's in Agile adoption that will assist coaches, Agile champions to quickly determine the most important Agile challenges in your company and then also recommend possible solutions. There are two surveys. One is to determine the general priority of Agile challenges and the other is the actual assessment tool incorporating this priority.

This tool will be absolutely free to the Agile community when finished. For now, I need to get the Agile challenges priority. Here is the link: www.agilesense.co.za/survey. I have also attached an offline version for those that want to do it that way. In October I can start with the survey of the actual Agile challenges. That will be here: www.agilesense.co.za/aacassessment/.

Results will be made available to those who elect to.

Can you please assist in completing the first survey for now? It will also be great if you can share this link to other Agile coaches and scrum masters.
