Soooo... anyone have any soldering experience?

I was trying to take the board out of a reaDIYmate, and may or may not have broken off the potentiometer :->

I can bring in the board and part tomorrow (not saying I broke it... but just in case) to see if it can be reattached.

I just got done doing the thermocouples i ordered. I can take a look at it tomorrow.
