Hi everyone,

I wanted to send a note out to everyone to see if anyone has tried
going after this with a nutritional or natural approach in additon to
surgery? I've done a lot of research about cancer and nutrition, and
have been taking vitamins and herbal supplements. I just recently
started going to a Holistic MD who basically is a doctor that also has
a degree in alternative medicine, so far he's found that I'm
deficicient in vitamins A (which can make you susceptible to cancer)
and vitamin D... I also supplement extra B vitamins, which I know are
deficient in many people with cancer. I've taken and heard a lot about
other supplements being useful too. Anyone else have info on this
approach? I figure given the fact that so far the main treatment
option is often mutilating surgery, it doesn't hurt to try natural
therapies as an ounce of prevention as well.

You may as well try this approach cos nothing to lose, I am not really into herbal stuff, maybe cos i work in the medical profession, but i don't see why you shouldnt try that approach if that's what you want.
