I would like to as quickly as possible delegate admin roles to the
real brains - I have already issued some invites to key individuals,
some of whom I have discussed this idea with, some not.

I think the first priority should be establishing the key folks in
charge and making sure project development is agile but structured.

If you are a:
- industry type (stock agency, aggregator agency, content producer)
- developer with a history of bootstrapping projects like this
- a person with experience in moderating open source projects
