• November 9th – Mississippi State

• 2 couples: Schoelman’s, Hilty’s

Additional Assignments:

• Ashley - Paper Goods - take inventory and let the group know
• Tents - Hubbard's, Chapin's (2), Schoelman's, Wilkin's
• TV - Hilty
• Tables - Hubbard's (2), Chapin's (2)
• Ricky & Kory - research rules for staking off
• Ashley and Rebecca - does the black box have the stakes from last year?
• Eric - talk to Brandon on staking off
• Someone to go early on Alabama stake off day

• Ricky & Hilty - tailgate sponsor from Karbach

also i went through all the paper goods stuff i had left from last year -- there really isn't enough left over to get us started, just a random assortment of a few bowls/plates/cups/napkins/etc, not enough for a whole tailgate. so how we should handle paper stuff? everyone just make sure you have whatever paper goods you need for your week?

I think that's a good plan! Everyone make sure you have paper goods that you need for your week. As we get closer to the Bama game, the Schoelmans and Wilkins' will divy up sides, paper goods, etc. since the Chapins, Hubbards, and Hilty's are each cooking a brisket.
