I agree as Travel Agents today we are living now day to day , the issues are there and no one is seeing any hope ,  I agree with you TAAI needs to change and change completely . IAAI is the main association which is fighting only for the members in TAAI everyone is fighting each other and that is why we are now no where .

It is horrible that we are paying advance to LCC and  every week to IATA and the consolidators , the ordinary member is being crushed , we need serious travel agents to take over the association . 

 Both these person have already been the Presidents of TAAI and we have seen what they are capable of , we need someone with a vision and you are absolutely right that unless we bring in someone new , these  cases will go one for ever and ever , 

Boss case rehne do aur mil beth ke  solution nikalo , or have elections and let there be fair election and bring in a good new team , same people again and again what is the fun .

By the way there is no attachment to your letter but one can get the sense form all the mails doing the rounds that Mr Rajji Rai has managed to get the  President Mr Iqbal Mulla  to restrain from its normal function albeit temporarly  .

I have to ask you what is in it for the General Members like you and all of us .  Do you really believe that TAAI will be left with any respect  when this is over  will it be able to command any status in  the industry ?

Do you really believe that all that ails us from the  problems with Weekly payment  to Bank Gaurantees  , insurance ,  to Passport office  etc  will be taken care of . If anyone has done some selfless work one has seen it only from Mr Biji Eapen so far .

TAAI is now gone beyond repair ,and I am  surprised that someone of your intelligence is still very much with the same thought and same people .While I must  say that being a President of TAAI or any association for that matter is a thankless job and though one does criticize but you have to recognize that all those who led TAAI till today have spent time and effort and hard work to keep it going . Now why are we getting to this ? what for !

While I am glad that Mr Rajji Rai has challanged Mr Iqbal Mulla and hopefully TAAI can see a re-election . It is time that  TAAI is given a complete makeover and a change of Gaurd at the Top for  all the important positions ? 

As an optimistic person I do hope that will happen , in fact I strongly reccomend to both Mr Iqbal Mulla and Mr Rajji Rai do not drag TAAI to a long protracted legal battle where it is completely ruined .

Be generous  Sir's  its is time you both gave up and let TAAI be born again under a new leadership and a fresh new team  , in fact it is time that you yourselves  choose and  allow  young  blood and new leadership to take over and guide the new team to again bring TAAI  back to its glory  be there for them to make the right choices. I am sure TAAI is  that important enough to you and  want to see it right at the top in every segment of travel . Today why do we need so many associations when it was TAAI which showed the way in the ticketing business , in Outbound business and also to promote India and solve all related issues.

That change Aleem Bhai will be the  biggest contribution of all the Seniors to  TAAI and the Industry  .

Does this mean that, until a verdict is given by the court in this
case, the TAAI MC has to remain inactive?  Can someone
please enlighten us.
