Delete a shared calendar

I had an AgenDav calendar set up to sync from webmail, to the following - iPhone, iPad & outlook. It doesn't give me the option to delete it even though I have removed the shared version in outlook from the iPad and iPhone. I contacted my provider and they were no help. Any ideas?
