Hi list;

About the developpement of this feature Jorge, have you advanced the
development?

I wrote an "home made" perl script to import granted users (found in
pgsql database of davical) in the shared database of agendav (so it
suport groups calendar sharing).

It's not the best way but it works! With 10 or more calendars, your
Enable/Disable calendar feature is my next step before anounce
calendar-sharing to my users.

I'll write a future e-mail in davical-user with my script in few days
(someone could be intersted to use-it or rewrite it).

Thanks a lot for Agendav Team.

Adrien

I started rewriting calendar list box before the 1.2.4 release, and
next step is adding a menu to each list item which will contain a "hide"
option. After that I'll implement user preferences and then you'll be
able to show again calendars. It's just a matter of time.

Sounds great! Hope you can work that way until group support is
introduced.

Dear Jorge,

could you please let me know when do you plan to introduce group
support to AgenDAV? It would be useful feature for my and I see, for
many people. I have installed and configured DAViCal and AgenDAV
hoping that everything will work (on DAViCal wiki it is written that
AgenDAV was "Tested on 2011-11-05, fully working with Davical").

Thank you for your help,
Joanna

I don't really have an ETA for this feature. It's a low priority task
for me as my organization doesn't (still?) use groups.

As I haven't actually used CalDAV groups it would be really useful for
me to have a comprehensive list of what should this feature consist of.
I mean, I would like to have some advice/feedback about what is needed
in order to support groups from you and other users that are currently
using them.

So AgenDAV isn't really fully working with DAViCal because it lacks
group support, is it? In that case you're right, DAViCal wiki should
show a more correct statement.

Regards.
