Had this happen last weekend with day of registrants.

I put in their Age and ART filled in the DOB as the current day but the year would match so the age was correct. Syncing those registrants to RSU would error out with "Age and Date of Birth do not match"

Steps to recreate...

1. Add a new participant
2. Only add the persons age
3. Sync to RSU
4. Error popup will occur

The error also occurs when trying to push results to RSU and since it error'd when you tried to add them they don't exist as a participant in RSU and thus they are missing from the results.

I have a race this weekend and just pulled up my test race to just test this. I am on the latest version 1.6.5.4 and can confirm I get the same error. I updated a bib number and get the box to push up the change to Runsignup and it looks like it works but it fails to sync and update. I also created a new participant and get the same error for both changes. I will revert back tonight and test with a previous version unless Brian knows a fix for this.

I tested a little further. If any changes (gender, event, age, name) are made in ART and pushed up they error out and fail to sync. I went to the RaceDay CheckIn app and made bib, age, gender and event changes and they sync to ART with no issues. If I manually add in the website (Participant - Import manually) they do sync down in to ART fine and push results up to Runsignup. This looks to be broken on the push up from ART to Runsignup.

That error is coming from RunSignUp and I'm simply displaying it on the screen. The most common culprit is that the "age based on" value in RunSignUp is different than the "Age based on" value in ART. For example for USAT events the age is typically based on 12/31 of the current year. So if ART is set up so that the age is based on race day, then you'll see that error.

I'm still confused.

I created the race in ART. I always have Use Age on Race Day set for divisions. 

When I add a registrant on the morning of the event with only an age ART assigns the current date. I

If the race is on 11/06/2025 and I create a new participant who's age is 46 then ART automatically sets the date to 11/06/2025. 

If I then link to RSU and sync it'll throw that error.

I don't know how RSU is determing at one point during the day the person would age up but there's some issue here. If I set the persons DOB to 1 day after the race everything is fine. If I set it to a date before 11/06/2025 it'll keep complaining. So there's clearly an easy workaround.
