This week we timed two High School XC meets at both meets we were able to use our hot spot to connect to the internet but for some reason our ALR wasn't showing anything when I checked to see the time running on my cell phone, what I notice the day I clicked the green tap to have the software assign the URL its didn't reply with the URL or say Congratulations that my race is now available on line, but l do see them under my dashboard? Also notice that l don't see the green sync tap.
Does anyone have a idea what is wrong

Hey Mike -

I am about to post some issues with ALR involving XC and RR. Give me a buzz tonight anytime tonight (Florida), as I ran across similar issues to yours in Fall XC but have do not have these issues, now. We could compare notes. Joe L. @ 407-563-7785

I think I finally found and fixed the problem.

In September of last year someone requested the ability to enter a fraction of a meter instead of whole numbers when enter the "Distance" of a race. So I allowed the software to accept decimal place values for the distance - for example 3,218.68 meters.

It looks like Arrow Live Results does not accept this and it errors out when trying to submit the race to the website. So with the update I just pushed out I simply round the distance up to the next whole meter when submitting to Arrow. Later I'll look and see if I can make Arrow accept the decimal value.
