Missing Splits

Wondering if anyone has had issues importing splits recently. I am currently trying to import splits for a triathlon. The finish line computer has one split for the run leg. There are then timing points at the entrance and exit of transition that each have two splits. The final results should have 5 timing points (Swim/T1/Bike/T2/Run). The data on each timing computer is good, but no matter how I try to import the remote split data my end result is either missing splits (ie. it will randomly exclude a split on import), or it is showing all 5 splits, but they are not accurate and some are showing no time elapsed for the split. 

If anyone has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to get results out.

I tested with importing split times back in April for a park race in May and had many issues trying to import and had missing data. I planned on putting a split about 1/10th of a mile into the race on a 1 mile loop that they would run twice before heading back to the finish line. They wanted the 1 mile splits for certain awards but I couldn't get ART to work properly at that time. I have searched many past posts for specific instructions on how to get them set up on the split computers and the importing process and hoping Brian can help with this. Most of my races will be published to RunSignup for results.

It seems like a bug in current release of the system as I have been able to do this in the past no problem. I spent several hours trying to resolve it with no success.

I was finally able to fix the problem by exporting all three database files to an old laptop running version 6.3 and had no issue combining the files, so this seems to be an issue with the current release of the software.

Issue found and fixed, so this will be included in the update I plan to push out tomorrow morning. I know this weekend is a big weekend for timing so I'm spending the majority of the day running through as many tests as I can and going through emails to make sure everything is as solid as I can make it.
