RaceSignUp Error

Hello, I am getting two types of errors, One I have resolved and the other I suspect I know what the bug is.

1.  When I use any address as the race address other then US and Canada,  I get an invalid race,   I have checked the API for Race and it says its supported for UK based events.

2.  All the dates either gathered from RunSighUp or sent to RaceSignUp are expected by ART to be in US format, which when a race is trying to submit participants the DOB all get errors if you have a date in UK format where the date is the 13th onwards.   This also seems to affect results as well.

Now I know that ART is primarily a US based customer base and date formats are a pain in the backside for programmers,   so I am only really asking if this actually a bug and I am not being mad.....
