ART won't upload Results to Race Roster

I have 2 runs coming up on Monday.

A 2.5K and 5K at the same time.

When I test pushing results up to Race Roster it will push up the 5K but not the 2.5K results.

I get an error message (below).

I tried deleting the race and reinstalling.  It will synch participants, just not upload results.

ART version 1.6.5.2

Has worked in the past.

Also the error pop-up pops up under the active screens so you don't see it.  I discovered it by accident when I minimized the active ART screens.

Do you have the checkbox checked that says "Add Division Results" under the "Publish Results" link? With the last race I timed that was using RaceRoster I tried to push up division result sets and I was getting an error too - basically it's saying that this creates too many requests on their website. Before I reach out to them I wanted to confirm that you have that checkbox checked too when you get that error. It shouldn't error when simply pushing up overall results only.

The "Add Division Results" is not checked.  

I did a little test and checked it and tried to push up results.  It really did not like that.  More error messages than without the check.

Unchecked the box to see if that would shake things up a bit.

Same result.

Pushes the 5k up but error on the 2.5K race.

Aside: There are only 4 divisions in the runs

I had a bunch of problems as well with Race Roster a few weeks ago, sent Brian a pic of one of the errors which was the same as yours.   It seemed like they systems just weren't playing nice with each other.

Rod sent me his database and that allowed me to figure out what was happening. Basically I discovered that if the distance (in meters) in the timing software didn't line up with one of their pre-set distances then there were two more fields that I needed to send to let them know what the actual distance is for the race. I pushed out a new update to the "Beta" folder if you'd like to try it out. You can install it by clicking here and running the installer that's downloaded. Thanks Rod!
