Raceclock Blinking red/green

Hi everyone:

I took my new raceclock out today, I have used it about 5 times so far, and the clock is blinking red and green on the side panel. When I turn it on, the numbers are blinking. Is there a way to fix this?

I wish I knew what that was. Did you try a reset or plugging it in?

Is it an electro-numeric clock? If yes, are you using the 'display cable' to try and run the clock automatically from the software? If yes, do you have it in "rd" (remote display) mode?
