Setting up QL-800

I am working to set up a results kiosk.  I believe I have the Brother QL-800 set up correctly because I can print a test page and I can print out of the brother P-touch editor.  When I go to print the label from ART I get an error stating that "the Black/Red on White paper is installed now.  Change it to Monochrome media and click resume button.  If you want to use the Black/Red on White paper then change the Paper type to "Black/Red" in the printer driver and print again."  I went and change it to black/red in printer preferences but I have the same issue.

I feel like there is a setting that I am missing.  I would appreciate any help.

Did you ever have any luck fixing this? I am running into the same issue.
