Results won't load after changing Athlete Type

I timed a race with 3 different distances this weekend and tried a new use for Athlete Type by adding one called "DropDown". This worked great as those that drop down to a shorter distance are removed from the awards, however I didn't like the way it was pushing results up to RunSignup as it had "Runner Results" and "DropDown Results"  (as well as Overall Results).  To make this a little more understandable I changed the Athlete Type of "Runner" to be "Official".  ART made this pretty easy and everything has been updated and synced up between both RSU and ART, however it seems to refuse to push the results up to RSU anymore?  It acts like it's pushing them up but nothing shows up in RSU.  I thought maybe it was having an issue with the previous result sets so I had it Delete them but still nothing uploads.  Now I have no results for that distance. (I only did the change for one of the distances to test things out)

Is this a bug?  Did I somehow screw something up?  Not sure where to go from here...

I've been fighting with this and trying to figure out a way to get my results back on RSU. Here's what I've discovered (but still no solution):

Spent too much time trying to "create results" that I could upload.   With the multiple splits etc. it became excessive to try and build a proper file that RSU would take and still look like the other results. (lots of splilts etc make this hard)

I found the Error.txt file (attached) and it looks like the Agee software is possibly assuming the result set on RSU is still there or in some state that is causing it to get a "(403) forbidden" error every time it tries to push results.   Looking at the first error, it seems to have had an issue creating the Results Set, most likely due to my changing the Athlete Type.   It is my assumption that, I tried to just push results up initially without Deleting the previous Result Set and this has put it in some state that will no longer allow it to update.  (see initial error at 10:41 last night)

@Brian,  I think you may have to help me out with this one.   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
