I normally work with events that use Race Roster and Race Roster will match the photos I upload to the runners results automatically. (based on Bib#)

One of my  events this year is not using a registration/result portal that will do that.

I will have to share the results as a PDF through a Google drive link and photos using a photo sharing service (Flikr).

Does anyone use something that matches runner's photos to their results?

Thanks
Rod

Unfortunately RunSIgnup is not in Canada.
The organizer of this event is using a platform called Raisin which is geared more to fundraising than events.  In the past the event used Race Roster as their platform.  I find the conversation with the organizer this year tends to be them asking for something they had in the past and me reminding them that was a Race Roster feature and that their new platform does not offer the same features.  No place to host results, no live updates, no integration with ART, online registration with up to a half hour delay in the data (so no day of registration), no bib assignments,  no photogallery, etc...  I miss Race Roster.
I think they are having buyers remorse.

You could still use the Runsignup platform to push your results and pictures too for the event. I've done that for many races that use other registration platforms. It doesn't cost anything to create a quick site where users can go for results and use the AI for pictures in Runsignup.

I'm curious now.  Is there an IP filter or something so Canadians can not even access Runsignup.com in Canada?  I thought they had planned to open to the canadian market by the end of 2024, that didn't happen?  Is the only thing preventing Canadians from using Runsignup.com because you can't do financial transactions?

Assuming (I know, silly thing to do) that you can access runsignup.com but can't use it as a registration platform only because you can not do financial transactions through the platform, you should still be able to use all of the other features as they only charge if money is transferred.  So creating a race and uploading results/photos is free.

Simple test (again assuming you can access runsignup.com) is to create a test race and link it to Agee like you do with a race on raceroster.  Make the race address a US address (not sure this is necessary).  Create some participants and results and try to push them up to runsignup from Agee.  If that works, try to upload a pic.  If that works, viola', you have results with tagged photos.
