Reader Disconnecting Issues

Hi all,

Looking for any suggestions you might have with an issue I am running into with a new laptop I am using for remote splits. For some reason my FX7500 keeps disconnecting after about 30 seconds. I first ran into this at an event last weekend. After setting up the computer and started listening everything looked good, only to come back 5 minutes later to realize it was no longer connected. I thought I solved the problem this week by turning off Windows Defender and uninstalling OneDrive (after doing this it was staying connected for extended periods of testing). This morning I timed a race and tested it well before the start only to realize it was back to disconnecting after a brief initial period of being connected. I swapped it out for a back up laptop.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for possible solutions? The computer is plugged in directly to the reader via ethernet cable (no USB dongle) and the PC is tunning Windows Education Pro(not sure it this could potentially have some unique settings?).

Any suggestions are appreciated. Searched the group but didn’t see anything relevant to my issue.
