Pantum printer problems

I'm not sure exactly which version of ART I'm running on the laptop in question but it was installed in the last 18 months. This version would reject certain Excel versions when attempting to import participant lists and would give me a message stating that I needed to download a particular MS feature. (sorry for the lack of specifics but I don't have the equipment in front of me right now). After 2 failed attempts at getting the fix downloaded, I was successful and the system accepted the old Excel file and I thought all was good. The next weekend I timed a small 5k and when I went to print out the results on my Pantum 2500 series laser printer, it would not print. I have a back up of the exact same model and it would not print either. I have removed and downloaded drivers for the printer twice now and still nothing. The printers work with other laptops. Any experiences like this or ideas on what the problem may be?

Can you print from other programs?  Windows has started some major changes to how printer drivers work and this has broken a lot of printing, especially with older or specialized printers, so they're always my first suspect with printing these days.

You didn't mention it, but the other thing I'd try is reinstalling the latest update of ART.
