Re: Race Entry Sync Issue

Yesterday we had an issue syncing with Race Entry on location. I wasn't able to use Dynamic through Race Entry due to this. We quickly pivoted to a spreadsheet as that is what we did for years. This was a small race and when I got home, I was able to test it again on 2 other computers. Same thing. Also tested the create a race from account option and although I could see the available races, I got an error when trying to add them to Agee. I use what Race Entry refers to as a white label version of their platform. 

Did anyone else who uses Race Entry have an issue yesterday, and if so, are you also on the White Label or are you using the regular raceentry.com portal? Also, if you use Race Entry, and did not have a race yesterday (or today), please check ahead of the next event. Our race yesterday was small, but if this had happened next weekend, it would have been a much larger problem for us. Thanks, Tim
