Milesplit Live Results

Today will be my first time pushing live results out through milesplit.  Any advice.? I have 6 different races.  Just wondering if it works kind of like Arrow.  Thanks!

A few things that we noticed that might be helpful...  

Once it is all set up, it will populate each race after you start the race.  The initial Milesplit live result page will show no events before the 1st race starts, and that is completely fine.  As each race starts in ART, the events and results will populate.

The "progress" prompt on Milesplit Live for each event will always show as "completed" even as the event is going on, and that is also fine.  We tried to mess with it during one race in the Milesplit Live app and it just messed things up...

Finally, we usually hit the refresh button on "LIF File Export" when there is a break in the action, but the results do show up really quickly on Milesplit live.

I had my first go with milesplit live results yesterday.  Wasn't a total success.  I had everything set up the correct way but results never populated.  At some point I ended up closing the MS app and reopening to set it up again.  When I did that, I did get the events to populate and it would show runners as they came in.  The results have 3 tabs.  Events, team scores, and live.  The live tab never showed anything.  I had questions from spectators.  The live tab usually has the race time running and shows runners as they cross.  Are there settings in the milesplit app that I need to select to make this work?  Thanks!

You really can't get the live tab to work unless you use Finishlynx with it. I was preparing to tell coaches to just look at the individual events, but they pretty much did that on their own.
