Hey everyone, I ordered an additional reader from ebay (Impinj R700) so I need another set of antennas and cables.  Just thought I would check here before buying those elsewhere.  I am located in the St. Louis metro area and will be at Nike Midwest Cross Regionals on Saturday (11/15/2025) that way we can avoid the hassle of shipping.  I primarily time cross country races and hoping to add the ability to include a split point.

https://wifiexpert.us/customRFCable.php is your friend
He ships very fast and makes excellent custom cables.
He even repaired a few banged up cables for free.  Top notch service!
For the R700 you'll need one end to be a RP-TNC male and whatever connector goes into your antennas/mats.
Prob a great idea to keep a spare cable or two on hand in case you're ever in a pinch.
I'm in the KC area but I'm not gonna go to the Nike meet this weekend.

Btw for antennas I don't know of anyone who sells those locally. I usually have gotten mine from AtlasRFID ( AgeeTiming50 is the discount code)
Sorry, wish I knew of some local sources around here. But I don't have any to sell rn.

I have equipment for sale.  Have not timed for two years and can't figure out how to change the web page on my website.  The Feibot mats and Raceclocks Mile Marker listed are gone.  The other clock is a little quirky but has lots of bright colors and I timed 24 hour races with it.   https://lwagner905.wordpress.com/running-topics/
Greatly prefer you come to Johnson City, TN or I meet you withing a 100 mile radius.  Lots of fun projects for your budding electrical engineer kid!

Banged up cables: I recently helped State of Franklin Track Club time a race using ChronoTrack / Athlinks equipment.  Like most folks, he did not have a signal meter and had given up on the mats.   Pretty sure he said the go / no go blinky cards said they were OK.  The got almost no reads.  Flashpoints were getting everything.   Turns out they had been scrunching cables and power to antennas was down to almost nothing.  Got them fixed and they do fine now.
