Trying to connect 2 port motorola reader

put in the ip address and the reader pings from the computer, wireless is turned off

but reader will not connect in agee

any ideas

If the last 2 letters of the serial number are WR you need to set the region.

How are they connected? Via a switch or router or direct cable
Make sure that all have fixed IP addresses and are on the same subnet e.g. 192.168.10.100 192.168.10.200
