Good afternoon,

We are hosting a trade show at the Irving Convention Center from June 1–4, 2026, and are interested in hosting a 5K on the morning of June 3 (with the event concluding by 8:30 a.m.).

This would be our first time hosting a race, so we are seeking a partner who could manage the full scope of logistics. We would love the opportunity to connect via a call to better understand what services we may need and to discuss pricing.
