Gun Start for Finishlynx also Starts ARTs Clock

If anyone has experience with this interface if I trigger Finishlynx with a gun start, is there any way to also start the queued race timer in ART?  I know I can manually sync them but I have some races where the distance from the start to the finish line is at least 100 yards.  I also will have a USATF XC event on this same course that has 8U running a 2k so I dont have a lot of time to be in two places.  Thanks.
