Timing screen column autosizing and SWExport-All file creation time

Is there a way to fix the auto resizing of the column widths? Many times I've looked while on the screen to see the age group awards column that a person is in and its locked from manually adjusting column size. I also was curious if anyone sees that the SWExport-All function seems to take a very long time, 5-7+ minutes for a race with around 300 participants as an example and the file size is under 200K. This is with a laptop with 20 cores and 32GB memory. I don't every remember it taking that long but I could be wrong. I like to export all race data to a .csv file for easy reference.
