Bib numbers mixing between races

I am running 3 races simultaneously, a 1/2 marathon (starting with #1 to 100), Early Start (#201 to 301) and 4 miler (#301-400).

When I'm downloading from RunSignUp occasionally the races will pull in the numbering from the wrong race.

The race director has done a few changes from one race to another but I am forced to delete the entries from each race and do a new download to repair this. Is there a better solution?
