Silly question, how do I adjust the Auto Finish gap in the new version of ART?

It is grayed out in the timing screen.

I guess you can set after the start and checking both (chip start and chip finish.

Ahhhh, you have to start the race and choose Capture Chip Start to be able to set the Auto Gap.

I do like that you can set it for each race.
