Bug - Push undetected

I ran into this one yesterday.

The push undetected function doesn't fully consider splits as the runner being detected.  The menu is disabled if ALL runners have at least one split, however if there is 1 runner with no splits the push will move all runners that are not finished, even ones that have splits (not converting timestamps).

Test case:

 - 2 races (A+B), both with multiple laps I used 4 as my test

 - 2 runners in race A

start race A and record 2 splits for 1 of the runners (IE athlete starts race, does two splits, and drops out).  In the race day tools select push undetected.  The push will move both runners to race B, and end up with -time on the splits.  Took me a bit to figure out what happened when I got the negative times in my data.
