Timer needed for Las Vegas

July 21 Resorts World Corporate 5K Fun Run

Hello!

I’m part of a team managing a corporate conference this July at Resorts World. For the past two years, we have put together a series of morning activations, and I was researching options in Las Vegas, your company came up.

I’d love to get some additional details on your 5K race offering. We are looking for the following: 

• Race Date: July 21, 2026 at 6:30 or 7 am start
• Start & finish line (@Resorts World) set up with arch, music/annoucements/speaker/mic, digital clocks, route signage, possible water on course
• Up to 150 runners/walkers
• The race does need to be chip timed
• We can manage packet pickup / bibs and will have our own video/photography team 
• Prefer not to close streets and keep mostly on property or keep simple for permitting purposes. Please include permit timing, costs and next steps.
• Add line item for branded banners on arch

Can you please provide a proposal with line-item costs, all inclusive? We can coordinate the start and finish location with the hotel with power and lighting.
