Hi, this is probably a newbie question, but I have attempted report designer and failed repeatedly.

What I actually need is a report in excel.csv which is in a specific layout and different to the standard reports.

Can I do excel and how? or if not, can I engage another member to design the report for me?

If you specifically need data you can use in Excel then perhaps look at the File Export features which will create a CSV format file.
You can select a wide range of data which ART pre calculates for you.
