Results Not Showing Correct Finish Time With Splits

We made the mistake of checking "capture chip start time" for the first 7 runners-realized we made a mistake and then unchecked it because we didn't want the chip start.  There were 3 loops for the 5K course.  The reports are not showing the correct finish time for the first 7 runners.  Is there a way that we can fix this?

You should be able to delete or adjust those 7 times by looking at the tag read file as it captures all tag reads and see when the bib number was 1st read.

Ok we found that, the reads and times are correct.  The system for results is treating the first time as the chip start time instead of the first lap time.  That is what we are trying to change for results.  Any guidance here?
