Today, I kept getting these Microsoft dot Net exceptions stating 'out of memory' with the dreaded 'continue' or 'quit' options. 99% of the time I just X'd out to close I could continue with no issues but It was a continual thing that I did not experience in my first few invitationals of the season. There was an occasion when I went to close out of the timing screen and when i received the error message the program closed on it's own.

I am assuming it is something with ART simply because it happened with various keystrokes when working within ART. Such As:
Start Listening
Open Race
Time Race
...and random popups along the way

Also...when i'm in the timing screen...i get read X's where the 'stop listening' box is and above next to the 'chip timing'

How much hard drive space does your computer have? Also how much RAM is installed?

With the next update, the software will pop up a warning message that the computer may not be have the minimum recommended specs to be used as the primary timing computer if it doesn't have at least 4 Cores and 16GB of RAM. This will only appear once when you first open the software. I also made it so that the Settings screen will show the # of cores and installed RAM at the top of the screen.

I've had this happen as well although the software closed on me and i had to reopen. I haven't timed in a couple weeks so haven't been able to get any new info for Brian.

If this is happening consistently on anyone's computer I'd like to remote in and watch. I'm not getting these problems on any of my computer - and most of my computers are less than $300 quad core 16GB of RAM machines. I'd also like to see if the changes I have in the next update help fix the issue.
