Thinkify 265 again

Does the new update remove all Thinkify units?
I'm struggling to keep my 265 connected with new laptops and updated software. Still works fine on my older system.
I turned off everything I can in the background.

I have a TR265. I just upgraded one of my laptops to the 1.6.5.3 version and connected and programmed 20 tags with no issues. I do set the Thinkify programming power to 37% as I leave it to the left of my laptop and hold the bibs and enter with my right. The program did crash trash twice when going in to the Settings and saving it and opening it to validate that they saved. I reopened it the 3rd time and programmed the tags fine. I did click on View Error Log at the bottom in the Settings but it doesn't open anything so maybe it didn't log whatever it was trying to do saving the settings.

I'm running version 1.6.5.0 on one new Laptop and one Old laptop. And 1.6.5.3 on one now laptop.
The old laptop is working fine.
The 2 new laptops, regardless of version, are "capturing" and locking up the T265. It's really strange, and now I believe it's not related to ART.
All 3 Laptops use the same anitvirus.
Old laptop is Win 10
New is Windows 11.
I'm going to turn off all non-essential programs at startup and test again later.

Any Ideas??
