Tag Program Broken?

Opened up ART this morning to program tags for our race tomorrow and it freezes upon writing the first tag every time I try. I have the latest update and I'm using a ThingMagic USB Pro.

Any ideas before I keep panicking?

Had to check and uncheck "Save reader info" and "skip checking for usb readers" and remove and refresh the reader screen but now we're back in business.

This is still an issue for me. Cannot get the tag program feature to function anymore. Have to force quite ART every time I try because it freezes. Any ideas?

1) Restart your computer.

2) You already said you've done this, but turn on the skip checking for usb readers.

3) after plugging in the reader, look in device manager to figure out what its com port number is, set that as the host name in your rfid devices.

*Always plug the USB reader into the same physical usb port*
