Using TAG reads and adjust chip starts

For the first time, I used the Adjust All Chip Start Times, and sure enough I noticed the Chip Diff change by the stated amount. I continued to process the rest of the race.

With no Nearest Second option set and 3 digits of Millisecs, I noticed the reports showed times to the second, ie no precision.

Following day I fired up the race and noticed the Chip Diff for every runner except 4 had the same second precision of .61 and the 4 others had the same time of .38. A change from when I initially applied the adjustment request during the race !

As an experiment, I took the TAG Read for the (two) races and Imported it. All times were to the second with no sub-second precision ? Further, all DNS tag recognition appeared displayed on the Clock Screen - is this intentional ? Looking at the TAG Read file, there was, as far as I could see, no recognition that I had applied the Adjust All Chip Start Times option ?
