Hello fellow practitioners, this week we request that we all reflect on the pain and heartache that we have experienced while practicing as gender and human rights evaluators. 

Do you recall a situation when you were disappointed or pained about the progress that you were or were not making in this area of gender and human rights evaluation? Would you please describe it? What did you learn and how might we take that learning forward as a group?
