Job Description
1. Determine Upgrade Version:
Review and select the latest appropriate version of Primavera ECCM for upgrade. IEUA commits to purchasing the recommended software version upon agreement.
Integration Options:
Explore integration possibilities with third-party applications, including SAP, CIPO, BI Launch Pad, and CPMAxis. The current integration process is bi-directional between SAP and Primavera, facilitated by SQL jobs handling structured text files from SAP.
Centralized User Access and Authorization:
Ensure the proposed solution offers centralized user access and authorization management capabilities. Integration with existing IEUA authentication technologies such as ADFS is essential.
Interactive Dashboards and Reports:
Provide out-of-the-box interactive dashboards and reports to fulfill analytical needs. Additionally, ensure the capability to create custom dashboards to accommodate specific requirements.
Access to Historical Data:
Grant access to historical data for cross-referencing and past trending reports. The consultant is tasked with transferring all existing projects to the newly designed system while preserving data integrity.
User Rights Management:
Offer user rights for read and/or read-write access to ensure appropriate data control and security measures.
Integrated Project Summarization:
Enable the ability to summarize projects into one integrated schedule, aiding management in understanding staffing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintenance of SAP Integration:
Maintain operational integrity of the existing interface between SAP and the newly designed web-hosted Primavera platform. The consultant is responsible for providing integration or maintaining the current integration for use within the new system.
