Each one of you is supposed to visit the below given link and rate each of your team mate. Needless to say, you do not rate yourself.

The rating will be based on your assessment of the contribution of each of your team members to the project till now.

The rating will be from 0 to 9. 0 being the minimum rating and 10 the maximum. For example, if someone has not contributed at all, you rate them "0" and if a team member has been fully involved, you rate him or her "10"
