Hi Mathew,
On behalf of Prione Business Services Pvt. Ltd, We are an amazon affiliate company. Prione is a Joint Venture between Narayan Murthy’s Catamaran ventures & Amazon Asia.
I would like to inquire about the ongoing placements in your college for the graduating MBA batch.
We are looking to set up our Sales office in Cochin. On this regard we are looking to Hire some of your esteemed students who have relevant Sales experience or fresher’s who are interested in venturing into the Sales/Marketing field.
Please find the requirement details & a brief description about the various roles –
Sales Executive- (JD attached)- Good Communication skills. Role would involve identifying and onboarding Small & Medium retailers to join the Amazon.in website, so that these sellers can sell their products on Amazon. Compensation would be above 2.8 Lakhs Per Annum excluding benefits like travel, insurance, Sodexo coupons etc, which we will explain to the students in person. Selected candidates would receive the best training in the Industry. We are looking to hire at least 5 students in Cochin.
Sales Associate- (JD Attached)- Good Communication skills. Should have 2 Years to 5 Years of work experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing. Role would involve identifying and onboarding Small & Medium retailers to join the Amazon website, so that these retailers can sell their products on Amazon.in. Compensation would be best in the industry. We are looking to hire at least 5 students in Cochin. Please share this with your alumni group, interested folks can be part of the selection process as well.
Also, Confirm if we can freeze on next Saturday, 27th September for us to come down & have the selection process. Please advise.
Our Selection Process comprises of 3 Steps.
1. HR Round - Interaction with the HR focused on why the candidate would like to Join amazon, Knowledge about Amazon, Career interests Etc.
2. Assessment Tests- (All computer Based)
i. Merittrac test – Test on Analytical Skill, Verbal & Written Skill.
ii. Email Writing- To test on their Written Communication skill.
iii. Excel Writing- To Test on their Microsoft Excel skill.
3. Manager Round- Two rounds of discussions with 2 of our Managers.
