Dear sir,

This has reference to the discussion we had last week regarding the campus recruitment.

As discussed,MBA/PGDM students from Marketing and Finance can be considered for placement.

The process of selection will be completed in three steps beginning with a GD , subsequent interview and short-listing.

These three steps can be carried out in a single day.

The short-listed candidates will have to successfully complete two months as Management Trainees with Rs.15,000/- monthly pay (plus incentives) before absorption as PNB MetLife Employee.

This is to analyse the candidates' potential and attitude before fixing the final pay.Based on the performance the successful candidates will be fixed on a Monthly salary of Rs.25,000/- or Rs.17,916/- ( 3 lac and 2.15 lac CTC pack respectively)

Kindly note, the above precaution in selection is made compulsory for a healthy employment and to prevent any possible attrition.

Again, we wold like to request you to please communicate this clearly to your students before sending us your list of students.

Let it be clear to them that they are going to be in Insurance/ Finance sector which is really a job that offers high potential for growth and money making.

We request you to kindly acknowledge this and send us your list with a date for GD and interview.
