the data center hosting the agavi.org server is doing an upgrade to their

network infrastructure. This requires some configuration changes on our side,

which will be carried out by us on April 30, 2010. 

While this maintenance work is performed, all Agavi services  
(Website, SVN, PEAR channel, Trac, Chuckwalla, Mailing Lists) will only be  
sporadically available from 7:00am UTC until approximately 11:00am UTC.

The IRC channel (#agavi on irc.freenode.net) will not be affected by  
the downtime.
