Anybody for a Fun Beach Day?

Hi Gang,

Mo and I were thinking of taking Friday to go for a beach adventure
trip to Gloucester and thought we would invite any and all parties who
would also want to come with us. We are going to Good Harbor Beach
(see directions/description below) in Gloucester, MA. We will be
leaving from 650 at about 10am to get to the beach by approx. 11am. I
am planning on driving but if there are more than 5 people we will
need to recuit more vechiles or we can take the T to Rockport beach
instead. Bring a lunch, sunscreen, big towel and fun beach games and
we'll have a great time. We'll plan on staying till mid-late afternoon
and if needed go by the T schedule. Give Mo or me a call by tonight so
we can know our travel plans. Looking forward to seeing you guys and

Good Harbor Beach
Located on Thatcher Road, Rte. 127A - This is a beautiful beach with
lovely, white sand facing the Atlantic. There is a concession stand,
rest rooms, and showers. Parking fee is $20 during the week per car;
$25, weekends and holidays. Parking is limited so plan to arrive
early.

Driving Directions: Take Rte. 128 into Gloucester. Follow the signs
for East Gloucester/Rockport. Go through two rotaries. Go through the
first set of lights. At the second set of lights take a left onto Bass
Avenue. Follow that for about a mile. At the intersection of Bass
Avenue and Thatcher Rd. Take a left. You will see the beach off to the
right.

Reminder: This is a carry-in/carry-out beach. You must take your trash
with you. Nothing should be left behind but your footprints.
