Cyber.net.pk inadvertently blocking Global Voices Online

Greetings
Just to bring to everyone's attention - it seems that the routers at Cyber net [http://cyber.net.pk] may have inadvertently started blocking Global Voices Online [http://globalvoicesonline.org]
The error had initially been brought to our attention a few days earlier but we assumed it to be accidental error, a week down the road the website still remains inaccessible and a traceroute shows that the request continues to endlessly loop into a dead end on its Lahore node not even tempting to enter the Pakistan gateway
Im assuming this to be a misconfiguration and not any specific directive by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to block this website
We would appreciate if friends here would kindly help test this blockage across the various ISP's across Pakistan to rule out any developing trend by testing the site at Herdict Web > http://www.herdict.org/web/explore/detail/id/PK/2267
