Laimani is the Founder and Lead Coach of Alabastron Network Trust, author of Renewing Self – a personal Safari manual, producer and host of My Unspoken television programme. Laimani has nineteen years work experience in training and facilitation, the last five of which have been specific

to life coaching for women. 
With the unwavering support of committed guides, Laimani has coached more than 4000 women in the last four and a half years. Additionally, she has also skilfully guided over 200 women into defining with clarity their life purpose, and addressed more than 13,000 through Alabastron Open days. In her determination and undivided focus to reach millions of women across the African continent, she created, designed and hosted a television program that reached millions through the leading media house in Eastern and Central Africa – Nation Media group.
